Can I open a bottle I bought in the shop?
Yes. We open the bottle you choose from the shelf in the Wine Bar and serve it with glasses. Opening a bottle (corkage) is 15 KM.
Can I book a table in the bar?
Yes, through the form on the Wine Bar page or by phone. The form takes bookings for up to 10 guests; for larger groups, please call us. We confirm bookings by email or phone.
Do you host private and business events?
Yes. Our Wine Bar is available for private celebrations, business gatherings and other events in a more intimate setting. For details on what we can arrange and on bookings, contact us by phone or email.
Can I order by phone or message?
Yes. We take orders by phone, on Viber and WhatsApp (+387 65 15 15 16) and by email. We can also set products aside for you to pick up later.
Can you get a wine or spirit you do not stock?
By arrangement, if we can source it. Ask us in the shop, by phone or by email.
Do you deliver?
Yes, by arrangement. Get in touch by phone, message or email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card or bank transfer.
How do I order a gift package?
You can order a gift package by phone, by email or through the enquiry form on our website. You can collect it at the shop, and delivery is possible by arrangement.
Can you put together a custom gift package?
Yes, to your wishes and budget, from 40 KM. A package is usually ready the same or the next day; for a larger number of gifts, please call us earlier.
Do you gift-wrap bottles?
Yes. The price depends on the kind of wrapping. A greeting card can go with the gift: write it yourself, or we write it for you.
Do you do corporate gifts invoiced to a company?
Yes. We handle bulk orders, branded boxes and cards, delivery to companies and invoices to a business.
Do you work with restaurants and bars?
Yes. Through our HoReCa programme we help restaurants and bars build their wine lists and choose premium drinks and delicatessen. For wholesale, call Stefan on +387 65 490 434.
Do you offer coffee machines and capsules?
Yes. We stock Lavazza Blue and A Modo Mio coffee machines, along with a wide choice of matching capsules.
You can buy a machine, and for companies and business premises we also offer selected Lavazza machines free of charge on loan, with an agreed monthly purchase of capsules.
